Nesta se\u00e7\u00e3o, vamos dar uma olhada nas for\u00e7as potenciais a que o equipamento de suporte de tra\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 exposto na estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de passageiros de 3 pontos laterais.  As for\u00e7as particulares que analisaremos incluem as cargas de coluna compressivas nos suportes de suporte de tra\u00e7\u00e3o, assim como as cargas de tens\u00e3o experimentadas nas cintas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o da base.  Tamb\u00e9m vamos caminhar atrav\u00e9s de um exemplo para ilustrar como se pode usar esta informa\u00e7\u00e3o para obter uma melhor compreens\u00e3o de como se pode aplicar os dados te\u00f3ricos a uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o real.<\/p>\r\n<h4>Column &amp; Strap Forces: Estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o lateral<\/h4>\r\n<p>Quanta for\u00e7a \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para estabilizar um ve\u00edculo?  Essa \u00e9 uma pergunta com muitas respostas.  Se estamos simplesmente estabilizando um ve\u00edculo de passageiros em contato direto com o solo plano, a resposta normalmente \u00e9 muito pequena.  Entretanto, se pretendemos suspender ou levantar o ve\u00edculo, temos uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o potencialmente muito diferente.  Devemos estar usando ferramentas adicionais destinadas \u00e0 aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o que podem ser valetes especiais ou sacos de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o e reservar o equipamento de estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para a estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o.  Se utilizarmos o mesmo equipamento para ambas as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o teremos backup. Um gr\u00e1fico (Tabela 1) \u00e9 apresentado aqui com dados aproximados do peso do ve\u00edculo de passageiros para v\u00e1rias classes de ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/res-q-jack.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Buttress-Stabilization-Table-1.png\" alt=\"Estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do suporte - Tabela 1\" width=\"668\" height=\"256\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 668px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 668\/256;\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Utilizando dados de peso do ve\u00edculo em conjunto com uma s\u00e9rie de rela\u00e7\u00f5es anal\u00edticas, podemos aproximar as cargas compressivas da coluna nos suportes e as for\u00e7as de tra\u00e7\u00e3o nas cintas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o.  As vari\u00e1veis que ir\u00e3o impactar essas for\u00e7as al\u00e9m do peso do ve\u00edculo incluem o \u00e2ngulo em que o suporte est\u00e1 ajustado, o n\u00famero de suportes, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos suportes em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao centro de gravidade do ve\u00edculo, o n\u00famero de cintas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o da base e o \u00e2ngulo entre as cintas de reten\u00e7\u00e3o da base se mais de uma cinta for aplicada.  Para simplificar este problema de outra forma indeterminado, v\u00e1rias aproxima\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o feitas:<\/p>\r\n<p>a. 100% do peso do ve\u00edculo \u00e9 suportado pelo sistema de 3 pontos<br \/>b. Os suportes s\u00e3o colocados simetricamente sobre o centro de gravidade do ve\u00edculo<br \/>c. Os suportes s\u00e3o todos colocados no mesmo \u00e2ngulo (50, 60, ou 70 graus)<br \/>d. O solo \u00e9 plano e sem atrito (simula uma superf\u00edcie gelada e plana)<br \/>e. As correias s\u00e3o sim\u00e9tricas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 base<\/p>\r\n<p>Um diagrama de um carro de testes laterais (Fig. 1) mostra a designa\u00e7\u00e3o para as cargas da coluna e os \u00e2ngulos de suporte. A caminhonete rolou e veio para descansar de lado, prendendo o bra\u00e7o do motorista entre a porta e o ch\u00e3o. Pretendemos levantar a caminhonete usando sacos de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o para libertar o paciente. Quais seriam as cargas aproximadas de coluna nos suportes e as cargas de tens\u00e3o nas correias, assumindo que estabilizamos o ve\u00edculo com uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o de 3 pontos de tens\u00e3o e as bolsas de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o falham? O solo \u00e9 plano e gelado. Os suportes ser\u00e3o ajustados a 60 graus. Cada base usar\u00e1 2 correias com um \u00e2ngulo de 45 graus entre elas.<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Usando a tabela 1, podemos aproximar o peso do ve\u00edculo a 3500 lbs.  Na tabela 2, vemos que um ve\u00edculo de 3500 libras estabilizado com 3 suportes colocados simetricamente sobre o centro de gravidade do ve\u00edculo em um \u00e2ngulo de 60 graus resulta no suporte 1 experimentando uma carga de coluna de 2.021 lbs. e cada um dos outros 2 suportes experimentando uma carga de 1.010 lbs.  Da tabela 4, vemos que uma carga de coluna de 2.021 lb. agindo a 60 graus resulta em uma tens\u00e3o de cinta de 714 lb. quando 2 cintas s\u00e3o usadas com um \u00e2ngulo de 45 graus entre elas.  Nota: os dados apropriados est\u00e3o destacados nas tabelas.<\/p>\r\n<p>Se voc\u00ea escanear as tabelas, ver\u00e1 como as diferentes vari\u00e1veis afetam as cargas do suporte e das correias.  Um suporte mais \u00edngreme resulta em cargas de coluna mais baixas e, portanto, menor tens\u00e3o da cinta.  Quanto mais cintas voc\u00ea incorporar, menor ser\u00e1 a tens\u00e3o em cada cinta.  Quanto maior o \u00e2ngulo entre as tiras para uma base com duas tiras, maior \u00e9 a tens\u00e3o nas tiras.<\/p>\r\n<p>No segmento final desta s\u00e9rie, vamos analisar a estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do ve\u00edculo de passageiros com teto.
