Eu ensino alguns elevadores r\u00e1pidos com um carro de descanso para rodas. Uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o bem sucedida requer um carro que n\u00e3o possa rolar para longe. Descobri muitas vezes que ou temos falta de material para cal\u00e7ar as rodas, ou somos complacentes com o cal\u00e7o das rodas, ou cal\u00e7o inadequadamente as rodas. Normalmente cito um grande bloco de madeira 6\u00d76 como um dos meios que considero inadequado. J\u00e1 vi um carro simplesmente empurrar um item t\u00e3o alto colocado na frente ou atr\u00e1s do volante. Outro exemplo \u00e9 cal\u00e7ar apenas uma dire\u00e7\u00e3o e negligenciar a dire\u00e7\u00e3o pensada como n\u00e3o sendo um problema apenas para logo perceber que foi um grande erro. A op\u00e7\u00e3o comercial dispon\u00edvel n\u00e3o se encaixava bem no que eu procurava e era muito pesada. Eu queria um item que bloqueasse com seguran\u00e7a uma roda em ambas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es que travasse e exigisse que o usu\u00e1rio a liberasse intencionalmente.<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro prot\u00f3tipo envolvia duas estruturas em forma de cunha que eram ligadas por tubos telesc\u00f3picos que permitiam ao usu\u00e1rio ajustar a dist\u00e2ncia entre as duas cunhas, mantendo a dire\u00e7\u00e3o e o alinhamento da cunha. Um mecanismo de cinta de catraca montado entre as duas cunhas tornou-se o meio de puxar as cunhas juntas e manter a posi\u00e7\u00e3o. O modelo podia acomodar pneus de carros pequenos at\u00e9 pneus de caminh\u00f5es de bombeiros grandes. Os problemas eram peso, incapacidade de enrolar as rodas para evitar que elas rolassem para cima e para fora das cunhas opostas em uma inclina\u00e7\u00e3o, nenhum meio de fixar o conjunto ao solo para evitar o movimento deslizante, e soldas complicadas e dispendiosas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/res-q-jack.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/chock-2-300x172.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"172\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/172;\" \/>Estas quest\u00f5es foram esclarecidas com o modelo mais recente. Agora temos um cal\u00e7o de roda leve com um meio de capturar uma roda dentro das cunhas e um meio de acionar piquetes atrav\u00e9s do dispositivo e para o solo.
